MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION AND REVIEW PROCESS

The intention of the Editorial Board is to publish papers that have lasting scientific value. All manuscripts submitted are strictly peer reviewed for correctness, novelty and overall contribution. Manuscripts have to be submitted electronically to the Co-Editor-in-Chief Don Petkov (USA) (petkovd@easternct.edu). If the paper does comply with the goals and scope of the journal, a blind review process will be organized and two or more reviewers, as deemed appropriate, will be asked to review the manuscript. The manuscript can be accepted only if it receives at least two positive reviews. The manuscript accepted by the editor may be returned to the authors for language corrections if it does not conform to the required standard. The names of all reviewers will appear at the web site of the journal.

Electronic submission of articles is required. Instructions for formatting the manuscript are given in the template below. After the final acceptance, the manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word and formatted strictly according to guidelines. Alternatively, authors may use any other word-processor which produces the required format, but will have to provide at the end a pdf file with the same formatting appearance, including page numbers and other journal formatting details for publication. Potential authors should consult with the editor to whom they intend to send a paper for review, so that the electronic submission of the manuscript is acceptable to the editor. Instructions/Template for submission and formatting of IJCSS papers is provided (MS Word template).
