MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION AND REVIEW PROCESS 

The intention of the Editorial Board is to publish papers that have lasting scientific value. All manuscripts submitted are strictly peer reviewed for correctness, novelty and overall contribution. Manuscripts have to be submitted electronically to the Co-Editor-in-Chief Leonid Shaikhet (Ukraine) (leonid.shaikhet@usa.net). The review process will be organized and two or more reviewers, as deemed appropriate, will be asked to review the manuscript. The manuscript can be accepted only if it receives at least two positive reviews. After the final decision by the editor who conducted the review process, the manuscript with the complete review documentation is sent to the Editorial Office, which further manages the process of publication if the manuscript is accepted for publishing. The manuscript accepted by the editor may be returned to the authors for language corrections if it does not conform to the required standard. The finally accepted manuscript will be published with the name of the editor who recommended publication. The names of all reviewers who are not members of the Editorial Board will appear at the back of the journal.

Electronic submission of articles is required. Potential authors should consult with the editor to whom they intend to send a paper for review, so that the electronic submission of the manuscript is acceptable to the editor. The finally accepted papers are to be submitted in the prescribed LaTeX style that can be obtained from the web.
